Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

Christ will emerge from the heavens riding on a white horse leading the heavenly host which will include the saints who’ve been raptured…you and I. His name is called Faithful and True. He’ll make war against the antichrist and his horde. A description of Christ is given: His eyes will be like a flame of fire and on His head will be many crowns…He’s the Ruler Who is worthy to be worshipped. A name will be written on His forehead which He alone knows…God reveals Himself to us allowing us to know what He desires us to know about Him. A name will be written on Christ’s forehead which only He will know none any one of us will. His robe will be dipped in blood. His name will be the Word of God. A sharp sword which symbolizes the Word will proceed out of His mouth and strike the nations. The word of God is able tame the flesh (the world). The saints who’ll follow Him will be dressed in fine white linen…a sign of the righteousness. Those purchased by the blood of Christ. He will tread the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of God. He’ll deliver judgement to His enemies and will rule with an iron rod.
