The same day went Jesus out of the house, and sat by the sea side. And great multitudes were gathered together unto him, so that he went into a ship, and sat; and the whole multitude stood on the shore.

Christ was a crowd puller. He sits besides the sea and people spontaneously congregate around Him. Why? Because He communicated hope and love to people. People were genuinely attracted to Christ. Some might have been not for the right reasons but they were. Christ did not just appreciate this multitude. He saw it as an opportunity to minister. He wasted no time but positioned himself in a good position in order to teach the expectant people. This is the way life is. Sometimes we will come across many people attracted to us. It may be in different forums…at our workplaces, on social media, in our neighborhood. Ours is to take advantage and be ready to share the gospel to them.
